Pascale created Cabinet Lambert & Félix Associés in 1985, and is now Of Counsel at Cabinet Ardan.
As an expert for INPI, WIPO and the EU with the Foreign Trademark Offices, Pascale also takes part in training courses at the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of many French cities.
Within the firm, Pascale mainly works on issues related to wine trademarks, contractual practices and patents.
Associations
Pascale was Chairwoman of PEPS66 and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of A2 Peps (Perpignan Sud business cluster association).
Pascale was also Chairwoman of APRAM (association of trademark and design practitioners) and Vice-Chairwoman of the CNCPI (Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle).
In parallel, Pascale has been an active and recognised member of international associations, such as the INTA (International Trademark Association), AIPPI (international association for the protection of intellectual property) and ASIPI (inter-American intellectual property association).
