Master 2 in Industrial Property and Corporate Law from Lille 2 University

Stève worked as a partner at Lambert & Félix before co-founding Ardan with Julien Delucenay, a partner at Delucenay & Staeffen, bringing the two firms together in a single entity.
Stève is involved in matters pertaining to trademark, design, copyright and domain name law, as well as implementing protection and managing and defending them (litigation).
Currently co-author of the APRAM Flash newsletter, he has also been an auditor of European trademark opposition decisions at EUIPO on behalf of APRAM.
Teaching and Associations
Head of Intellectual Property Teaching at the University of Le Mans for the Master’s Degree in Foreign Languages Applied to the Internationalisation of Businesses.
Since 2018, Stève has been participating in training round tables for candidates sitting the trademark & patent attorney qualification exam organised by INPI with the support of CNCPI.
Member of the advisory board of the CNCPI (Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle)
Since 2022, Stève has been working with EUIPO, on behalf of APRAM, under the ECP8 convergence programme initiative on the harmonisation of practices linked to Article 8.4 of the Regulation.
Member of the Board of Directors of APRAM between 2012 and 2017.
Member of the Board of Directors of Sarthe International (Le Mans)
Stève was co-Chairman of the International Relations commission of the CNCPI (Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle) in 2017 and 2018 and regularly speaks to official CNCPI delegations while visiting our Japanese (JPAA in Tokyo), Korean (KPAA in Seoul) and Chinese (ACPAA in Beijing) colleagues.
Stève is also an active member of the following international associations: INTA (International Trademark Association)
